ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipments are not made on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume, shipping may be delayed. In such cases, you will be contacted via email or phone.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Italy

• Free shipping in Europe for orders over €100
• €6 – Standard shipping (5–10 business days)
• €10 – Express shipping (2–3 business days)
• In-store Pickup: Paint It Black, via C. M. Buscalioni 4, 10153, Torino (TO) available Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or by appointment writing toorders@paintitblack.ink
  Orders will be ready for pickup the day after confirmation.

Europe 1
(Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, etc.)

• Free shipping for orders over €150
• €12 – Standard shipping (5–10 business days)
• €20 – Express shipping (2–3 business days)

Europe 2
(United Kingdom, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Greece, Ireland, Canary Islands etc.)

• Free shipping for orders over €200
• €25 – Standard shipping (5–10 business days)
• €35 – Express shipping (2–3 business days)

Americas

• €30 – Standard shipping (5–10 business days)

Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Other Countries

• €30 – Standard shipping (5–10 business days)

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

SHIPPING TRACKING
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Available shipping methods:

• Tracked Poste Italiane / UPS

The choice of shipping method is at the customer’s discretion. For untracked shipments, Paint It Black assumes no responsibility for any loss or delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Paint It Black is not liable for any additional costs imposed during or after shipping (including customs duties, taxes, or local charges).

Packages are generally marked as "printed paper" to facilitate customs clearance, but exemption from duties or taxes cannot be guaranteed.

DAMAGES OR LOST PRODUCTS
Paint It Black is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

In case of damage:

• Contact the courier to initiate a claim
• Contact us via email to orders@paintitblack.ink

Please keep the original packaging and damaged products until the claim process is completed.

RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear and explicit communication via email to orders@paintitblack.ink referring to

After sending the communication, you have 14 days to return the products.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the return (or proof of shipment).
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be made exclusively via tracked shipping.
• Cash on delivery returns or returns with shipping costs charged to us will not be accepted.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-measure items
• Opened items where the sealed packaging has been damaged
• Incorrect or defective products

In case you receive incorrect or damaged items:

• Contact us by email at orders@paintitblack.ink within 7 days of receipt
• We will provide instructions for return or replacement
• Once the return is received, we will proceed with a refund or replacement at no additional cost

INVOICING
To request an invoice, please reply to the order confirmation email with the following information:

• Name or company name
• Tax Code / VAT Number
• SDI Code
• Certified Email (PEC)
