SUBJECT
The Website allows the online purchase of books, vinyl records, independent publications, and physical format editions. Digital content, services, or intangible goods are not sold.

PURCHASE METHODS
Users can browse the catalog, add desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, where applicable. The submission of an order by the user constitutes a contractual offer. Our confirmation of the order represents acceptance and the conclusion of the sales contract.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The products for sale are generally available in stock. In the event of total or partial unavailability of the order after purchase, the customer will be promptly informed by email and refunded for the corresponding amount.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within Italy and internationally. Shipping costs and times are indicated on the Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country and the postal services involved. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
It is possible to request changes or cancellation of the order within 12 hours of purchase by writing to us. Beyond this time frame, we cannot guarantee the possibility of making changes.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Any complaints can be sent via email to orders@paintitblack.ink.
We commit to responding to all requests within 5 working days from receipt of the communication.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, as provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). For more information, please refer to the Return Policy section.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In case of receiving defective, damaged, or non-compliant products, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@paintitblack.ink, attaching photos and details.
We will provide instructions for the return or possible refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject to mandatory legal limits, Paint It Black is not liable for:

• Delays or failure of delivery attributable to third parties (couriers, customs, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products
• Improper use of products by the customer
• Interruptions or malfunctions of the Website due to technical issues, maintenance, or external events

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has the right, at no cost, to repair or replacement of the product, an appropriate price reduction, or contract termination. The customer must report the defect within 2 months of its discovery and in any case within 2 years from delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, images, and content published on this site are freely accessible and may be shared, quoted, or reproduced even without authorization, provided they are not used fraudulently or defamatory. We do not claim exclusive rights over textual or photographic materials but ask for respect of the context and original intent.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights under Legislative Decree 206/2005.
